All deliveries are authorised to leave at the property unless instructed otherwise.

In these instances, we NC Fitness will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times. If your order looks damaged on delivery, please check your delivery before signing for it. Inform the delivery driver of the damage and ask them to sign the damage.

Bulk/Heavy Deliveries

Delivery drivers DO NOT carry heavy items upstairs due to safety risks, including potential injuries from lifting or falling. Liability concerns also play a role, as companies don’t want to be responsible for property damage or worker injuries during delivery. All Bulk/Heavy Deliveries are considered Curbside Delivery, which means the delivery driver drops off your item at the nearest accessible point by the curb, driveway, or sidewalk. They do not bring it inside, upstairs, or assemble it. You’re responsible for moving it indoors.
