The NC Fitness H-Series Free Standing Rig range is engineered for CrossFit boxes, functional fitness facilities, PT studios, and commercial gyms that need a modular, scalable rig system built to last. Every rig in the range is constructed from extra-heavy 80mm x 80mm x 4mm steel uprights with 8mm steel components throughout — the same H-Series standard used across our power rack and component range. Pull-up bar height is adjustable in 50mm increments, and all rigs can be shortened to suit low-overhead buildings.

Important: All rigs must be bolted to the floor and wall. Buyers are responsible for confirming their wall structure is safe for the intended use. Floor bolts are not included due to the many variables in floor types.

H-Series Rig Compatibility

All free standing rigs are compatible with the full range of H-Series Components — including monkey bars, J-hooks, spotting arms, dip bars, utility pegs, and wall ball targets — so your rig can grow and adapt as your facility evolves.

Choose Your Configuration

• FS 01 — Single bay. 1.24m W × 1.24m D × 2.435m tall. 4 uprights, 4 cross beams, 2 square beams, 2 x J-hook pairs. Compact single-station rig for home gyms and small studios.
• FS 09 — Single bay with extensions. 1.24m W × 1.24m D × 2.43m / 3.49m tall. 4 uprights, 800mm extensions, 2 x J-hook pairs. Adds height for pull-up bars and overhead movements.
• FS 02 — 3-bay wide. 4.25m W × 1.24m D × 2.435m tall. 8 uprights, 4 x J-hook pairs. Suits PT studios and boutique gyms needing multiple lifting stations.
• FS 04 — 3-bay wide with extensions. 4.25m W × 1.24m D × 2.435m / 3.49m tall. 8 uprights, 800mm extensions, 4 x J-hook pairs. Extended height for pull-up and overhead work across multiple bays.
• FS 05 — 6-bay long. 1.24m W × 7.05m L × 2.435m tall. 12 uprights, 6 x J-hook pairs. A long single-row rig ideal for CrossFit boxes and functional training floors.
• FS 10 — 6-bay long with extensions. 1.24m W × 7.2m L × 2.43m / 3.49m tall. 12 uprights, 1060mm extensions, 6 x J-hook pairs. Extended height version of the FS 05.
• FS 07 — 6-bay long with extensions, spotting arms & monkey bars. 1.24m W × 7.05m L × 2.435m / 3.49m tall. 12 uprights, 1060mm extensions, 6 x J-hook pairs, 6 x spotting arm pairs. The most fully equipped mid-length rig in the range.
• FS 08 — 8-bay long. 1.24m W × 9.95m L × 2.43m tall. 16 uprights, 8 x J-hook pairs. For large commercial gyms needing a long continuous rig run.
• FS 11 — 10-bay long with extensions. 1.24m W × 12.85m L × 2.43m / 3.49m tall. 20 uprights, 1060mm extensions, 10 x J-hook pairs. The largest configuration in the range — built for high-capacity commercial facilities and CrossFit boxes.
