Colour Bumper Plates

Colour bumper plates are the standard in Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and functional fitness training worldwide. The IWF colour coding system lets you identify the right weight at a glance — critical during fast-paced training sessions and group classes. All NC Fitness colour bumper plates are made from high-density virgin rubber with steel inserts, feature a 50.5mm Olympic centre hole, and carry a 12-month warranty (3 months on 5kg plates).

Colour Coding Guide

• Grey — 5kg (supplementary plates; not for solo overhead drops)
• Green — 10kg
• Yellow — 15kg
• Blue — 20kg
• Red — 25kg

All plates: 450mm diameter, ±3% weight tolerance, durometer 80–90, 50.5mm centre hole.

• 5kg Grey — Pair — 27mm thick. Supplementary plates only; not for solo overhead drops.
• 10kg Green — Pair — 45mm thick.
• 15kg Yellow — Pair — 63mm thick.
• 20kg Blue — Pair — 68mm thick.
