The NC Fitness H-Series is a modular commercial-grade rig system built around 80mm x 80mm steel uprights. Every component — from cross beams and monkey bars through to attachments and accessories — is engineered to the same standard and designed to work together seamlessly. Whether you're building a rig from scratch, expanding an existing setup, or adding new training functionality to your rack, this is the range you need.

H-Series Compatibility

All components in this collection are designed for 80mm x 80mm H-Series uprights with 19mm holes on 50mm centres. They are compatible with all NC Fitness H-Series half racks, power racks, and rig systems. See our Power Racks & Squat Racks collection for the full range of H-Series racks.

Structural Components

• Upright Post — 2435mm — 80mm x 80mm steel upright with 180mm x 80mm base plates. The core building block of any H-Series rig. 50mm hole spacing, 20mm hole size.
• Upright Extension — 1060mm — Slots directly into the 2435mm upright post to extend total height to 3495mm. Ideal for adding pull-up bars and monkey bars at greater height.
• Cross Beam — 500mm — 80mm x 80mm x 4mm steel cross beam. Bolts included.
• Square Cross Beam — 1080mm — 80mm x 80mm steel profile. Expand or replace cross beams on standard bay configurations.
• Square Cross Beam — 1760mm — 80mm x 80mm steel profile for wider bay configurations and custom rig builds.
• Outrigger Beam — Adds stability and extends the rig footprint. Designed for hanging rings, boxing bags, and climbing ropes. Includes 2 x bolt sets.

Pull-Up & Monkey Bars

• Monkey Bar — 1080mm — 33mm diameter, 4mm wall thickness, black powder coat. Ideal for pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises, and calisthenics.
• Monkey Bar — 1760mm — Same spec as the 1080mm in a wider format for larger bay configurations.

Safety & Lifting Attachments

• J-Hook Pair — 4mm steel with 6mm plate ends, 18mm pin diameter, 100mm pin length. Stainless steel logo covers. Fits all 80mm x 80mm H-Series uprights.
• Spotting Arms Pair — 500kg rated safety arms for solo heavy lifting. 4mm steel, 6mm plate ends. Fits 19mm holes on H-Series uprights. Essential for bench press and squat safety.
• Dip Bar — Magnetic pin locking mechanism. 36cm handle length, 65cm between handles at widest point. Designed for 80mm x 80mm uprights.

Training Accessories

• Utility Peg Pair — Solid steel 40mm pegs with 30cm of usable storage length. Fits 19mm holes. Use for weight plate storage, band pegs, or accessory anchoring.
• Chest Pad Attachment — Dual magnetic pins for quick height adjustment. Commercial-grade vinyl and dense foam padding. Ideal for chest-supported rows, single-arm rows, and reverse flyes.
• Knee Pad Attachment — Provides knee support and stability for cable pulldowns and kneeling movements. Fits all 80mm x 80mm H-Series uprights.
• Foot Plate Attachment — Stable foot anchor for seated cable rows and pulling movements. Compatible with H-Series Single Pulley Machine, Base System, and Power Racks.
• Leg Roller Attachment — 45cm length, 15cm diameter foam roller. Designed for Bulgarian split squats, single-leg lunges, leg curls, and core work. 18mm pin, fits all H-Series racks.
• Wall Ball Double Target — Powder-coated wall ball target that mounts to H-Series uprights. Adds precision and consistency to wall ball training.
