Dimensions

Ball fit and capacity

The number of balls that fit depends on their diameter and spacing, not just their weight. Check that each ball is securely supported by the rails; small balls may not suit the shelf spacing. Confirm suitability before using the rack for larger wall balls or other ball styles.

Ask NC Fitness to confirm the maximum load per shelf and total rack load for your intended set. Position the rack on a level surface, keep access clear and unload it before moving. Balls are not included.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the location within Australia. We aim to dispatch your order as fast as possible, at times there could be delays in getting the order out to you. Deliveries are only delivered during business days and business hours.

Additional charges

Delivery can be made in Australia wide & delivery times are guidelines and are never guaranteed. NC Fitness will not offer compensation for any delivery that arrives later than the estimate given.
All deliveries are authorised to leave at the property unless instructed otherwise.
Our aim is efficient delivery; once it has been passed to the courier company, some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, we NC Fitness will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times. If your order looks damaged on delivery, please check your delivery before signing for it. Inform the delivery driver of the damage and ask them to sign the damage.

Bulk/Heavy Deliveries

Delivery drivers DO NOT carry heavy items upstairs due to safety risks, including potential injuries from lifting or falling. Liability concerns also play a role, as companies don’t want to be responsible for property damage or worker injuries during delivery. All Bulk/Heavy Deliveries are considered Curbside Delivery, which means the delivery driver drops off your item at the nearest accessible point by the curb, driveway, or sidewalk. They do not bring it inside, upstairs, or assemble it. You’re responsible for moving it indoors.
