Also confirm the rack's load rating, assembled dimensions and compatibility with any additional attachments you intend to use.

The supplied manual specifies private consumer use only and excludes public or semi-public use. It requires a stable, level indoor location and excludes garages, outbuildings, covered patios and areas near water. Follow all assembly and safety instructions; the manual recommends a spotter during exercise.

All deliveries are authorised to leave at the property unless instructed otherwise.
Our aim is efficient delivery; once it has been passed to the courier company, some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, we NC Fitness will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times. If your order looks damaged on delivery, please check your delivery before signing for it. Inform the delivery driver of the damage and ask them to sign the damage.

Bulk/Heavy Deliveries

Delivery drivers DO NOT carry heavy items upstairs due to safety risks, including potential injuries from lifting or falling. Liability concerns also play a role, as companies don’t want to be responsible for property damage or worker injuries during delivery. All Bulk/Heavy Deliveries are considered Curbside Delivery, which means the delivery driver drops off your item at the nearest accessible point by the curb, driveway, or sidewalk. They do not bring it inside, upstairs, or assemble it. You’re responsible for moving it indoors.
