Frame Construction

The WM 07 is built from 80 x 80 x 4mm steel uprights — a specification that places it firmly in the commercial equipment category. Installation Guidance

Wall mounted rigs require secure anchoring to both the wall structure and the floor. Key considerations for Australian installations include:

• Wall structure — the rig must be anchored to structural wall elements (concrete, masonry, or timber stud framing rated for the load). Plasterboard alone is not sufficient. A structural engineer or licensed builder should assess the wall prior to installation.
• Floor anchoring — floor bolts are not included due to the variability in concrete slab thickness, timber subfloor construction, and anchor requirements. Specify your floor type to a structural engineer for appropriate anchor selection.
• Ceiling clearance — the standard height of 2.45m suits most commercial and residential ceiling heights. The 3.49m extended height requires a minimum ceiling clearance of approximately 3.6–3.7m to allow safe overhead movement above the rig.
• Australian Standards — commercial gym equipment installation in Australia should comply with AS 4633:2005 (Fitness Equipment — Safety Requirements and Test Methods) and relevant building codes. Consult your local council and a licensed builder for commercial installations.

Delivery drivers DO NOT carry heavy items upstairs due to safety risks, including potential injuries from lifting or falling. Liability concerns also play a role, as companies don’t want to be responsible for property damage or worker injuries during delivery. All Bulk/Heavy Deliveries are considered Curbside Delivery, which means the delivery driver drops off your item at the nearest accessible point by the curb, driveway, or sidewalk. They do not bring it inside, upstairs, or assemble it. You’re responsible for moving it indoors.
