Important installation note: This rig must be bolted to the floor. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the floor structure is rated for this application. Installation Guidance

• Floor anchoring — floor bolts are not included. A structural engineer should specify appropriate anchors for your floor type and slab depth. A minimum concrete slab thickness of 100mm is generally recommended for gym equipment anchoring.
• Ceiling clearance — the standard height of 2.435m suits most residential and commercial ceiling heights. Ensure a minimum of 300–400mm clearance above the pull-up bar for safe overhead movement.
• Rubber flooring — install on appropriate rubber gym flooring to protect the floor surface and reduce vibration. A minimum 15mm rubber tile thickness is recommended under and around the rig footprint.
• Australian Standards — commercial installations should comply with AS 4633:2005 (Fitness Equipment — Safety Requirements and Test Methods) and relevant building codes.

Delivery drivers DO NOT carry heavy items upstairs due to safety risks, including potential injuries from lifting or falling. Liability concerns also play a role, as companies don’t want to be responsible for property damage or worker injuries during delivery. All Bulk/Heavy Deliveries are considered Curbside Delivery, which means the delivery driver drops off your item at the nearest accessible point by the curb, driveway, or sidewalk. They do not bring it inside, upstairs, or assemble it. You’re responsible for moving it indoors.
