Weight plates are the backbone of any strength training program. Bumper Plates vs. Standard Plates

Bumper plates are made from high-density virgin rubber with steel inserts, designed to be safely dropped from overhead during Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk. They protect your barbell, your flooring, and your joints on impact. All NC Fitness bumper plates feature a 50–51mm centre hole compatible with all Olympic barbells, steel inserts for accurate weight, and a 12-month warranty.

Colour Coding Guide

• Grey — 5kg (supplementary plates; not for solo overhead drops)
• Green — 10kg
• Yellow — 15kg
• Blue — 20kg
• Red — 25kg

Individual Plates & Bulk Packs

Buy pairs or bulk packs of 10 in every weight from 5kg to 25kg — available in both full colour (high-density virgin rubber, ±3% tolerance) and black with colour print (black virgin rubber, ±1% tolerance, durometer 75–85) options.
